Hemenway Special Closing Dates

·         Hemenway will be closed on August 15th and 16th for facility maintenance projects and will re-open for regular scheduled hours on Saturday August 17th.

 

New Equipment Arrival at Malkin and Hemenway

·         New equipment will be delivered to Malkin on August 12th and to Hemenway on August 9th. There will be a disruption in availability of cardiovascular and strength equipment from 8am-6pm on the installation dates. Please plan you workouts accordingly.

 

Blodgett Pool/Overnight Lockers

·         Blodgett Pool will be closed 8/10-8/20

·         All locks on unpaid overnight lockers will be cut on 8/1.  Belongings will be bagged and stored at the front desk.

·         On 9/1 all unclaimed belongings will be donated. 

 

Summer Group Exercise Class schedule runs June 24- August 9

Personal Training Promotions:  3 Steps to a Fitter YOU this summer!

1.      LEARN YOUR WAY AROUND THE GYM.  How?  Sign up for a FREE orientation to the MAC and/or Hemenway.  In 45 minutes with a certified personal trainer, you’ll learn your way around the gym and how to use the basic machines safely and properly (read:  you’ll look like you totally belong here).

2.      LET A PRO TELL YOU HOW FIT YOU REALLY ARE.  In a small group setting, we’ll assess your weight, body composition, strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance.  We’ll make some recommendations on how to maintain what’s good and how to make the “less-than-good” better. This one is on us – no charge.

3.      TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SPECIAL PRICED PERSONAL TRAINING.  It’s not just for the rich and famous, you know.  It’s a totally customized fitness program crafted just for YOU – your goals, your schedule, and your needs. There is a charge for private training, but we are giving first timers a break on the price.

Assessments: Monday, July 29th at 11am and Wednesday, July 31 at 5:15pm
