Dear Recreation Member,

Just a quick reminder and some facility updates:

Membership Renewals

Please note that all current memberships expire on June 30th. You will not be allowed entry to the facilities with an expired membership. To renew your membership beginning on June 23rd, please visit us online http://gocrimson.collegesports.com/ot/membership.html Memberships may also be renewed at the Murr Center Ticket Office during our regular business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that family memberships cannot be renewed online.
To renew family memberships, you (or one of your eligible family members) should go to the Murr Center Ticket Office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) and present the Harvard ID (or a photocopy) of the Harvard affiliate. We cannot renew family memberships without seeing a valid Harvard ID.

Memberships may be renewed for Summer 2005 only, or for the entire 2005-2006 period (Summer/Fall/Spring). Those patrons who wish to renew only for the Fall or Fall/Spring periods will be able to do so beginning in late August.

Facility Updates

Hemenway Gym will be closed for the summer for a $10 million renovation project. The tentative date to reopen is September 1st -- we will notify members later this summer with the actual date.
Blodgett Pool will also be closed for the summer for renovations and routine maintenance. The tentative date to reopen is September 1st -- we will notify members later this summer with the actual date.
