NEW Specialty Classes coming this spring!

We are offering two additional progressive Ballet courses this spring at Hemenway Gymnasium.
Ballet for the Complete Beginner & Ballet for the Returning Dancer
Registration is March 10th-26th and the classes begin Tuesday, March 29th

NEW Strength Clinics: "The Deadlift"
This course will teach you the proper form and technique involved in performing a proper dead lift.
By perfecting form and technique we will focus on strength development ultimately increasing your one
rep max. This small group clinic allows each participant to receive one on one attention.
Each participant will be able to ask questions at the beginning of every class and will be given
the appropriate tools needed to practice the technique on their own.
This six week progressive course is open for 6 participants.
Dates: Mondays, March 29th- May 3rd

The Indoor Biathlon is Back!

Let the games begin with a 15 minute bike ride and 15 minute walk/jog/run on a treadmill.
The total mileage from both disciplines will be added together for your final score.

Upcoming Strength Training Orientations at Hemenway
Looking for an efficient workout? Register for a Strength Training Orientation at the MAC or Hemenway.
A Personal Trainer will teach you how to use the weight machines in the express circuit,
along with basic use of cardio machines. Orientations are limited to 10 participants.  
Each participant will receive a strength worksheet.
Registration Info: There is a $5.00 fee for the orientation and pre-registration is required.
Sign up at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Orientations with less than 3 participants
enrolled with be canceled due to low enrollment.
