- The Goal: Maintan your pre-holiday weight between Thanksgiving and New Years
- 2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
- 1. Form a team of 4-6 participants, nominate a team captain & complete the online registration form. Your team weighs in at the beginning of the program and weighs out at the end. Teams with 100% participation (everyone weighs in and out) and who collectively maintain their starting team weight (within 6 pounds) will be entered into the prize raffle.
- 2. Do you want to get great tips, recipes and exercise classes, but you're not into the team-thing? No problem! You can still participate on your own by following along on the website. Note: you won't be eligible for prizes, but you'll still get the support you need to maintain your weight over the holidays!
- Team registration is November 9th-16th. Register your team online by downloading the registration form avaialble at: http://recreation.gocrimson.com/programs/mdg
