Specialty Classes
- Fall Specialty Classes will begin
the week of October 5th at both the MAC and Hemenway. Fall offerings
will include MTV Dance, Meditation, Belly Dance, Buddha Camp, Hip Hop
Dance, Ballroom Dance and MORE! Registration is September
21st-September 30th. Please attend one of the designated registration
times as course registration is no longer available at the front desk.

Harvard Trim & Fit
- Are you struggling to shed those last
few stubborn pounds? Or, have you reached your goal weight but need
some extra
motivation to maintain it? Do you know what you SHOULD be doing for
health and fitness, but
find yourself straying off course? Then Harvard Trim & Fit is for
YOU! Classes run Tuesdays, October 6th-December 1st at the MAC from

Harvard Slim Down
- Have you tried to lose weight
in the past, only to
fail? Are you wanting to make healthy lifestyle
changes, but
just aren't sure where to start? Then Harvard Slim Down is designed
just for YOU!
- HSD is designed
to encourage gradual, do-able
lifestyle changes, to help you become your own success story! HSD is
for the brand-new, beginning exercise to the intermediate exerciser
needing extra motivation. Classes meet twice per week on Mondays &
Wednesdays at the MAC from 1:15-2:10pm. This 10 week session runs

Strength Training Orientations
- Looking for an efficient workout?
Sign up for a Strength Training Orientation! A Personal Trainer will
lead each 45-minute group session will teach you how to use the weight
machines in the express circuit, along with basic use of cardio
machines. Each participant will receive a strength worksheet. There is
a $5.00 fee for the orientation and pre-registration is required. Sign
up at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Orientations with
less than 3 participants enrolled with be canceled due to low
enrollment.
