Jacquie - these are excellent lists. Thanks for sharing. It will be good to see if we can
get the union list from Greece and compare our collections to it.
Best,

Subject: RE: [Cohsl-list] revision to the meeting minutes
Dear Hellenic Studies colleagues,
I took a little vacation last week and I've just read the minutes from the Harvard
meeting. I was especially pleased to read that an index to Modern Greek journals is being
considered seriously. I plan to discuss these proposals with our library administration
to provide an update on the CoHSL's plans.
The Harvard meeting seems to have produced a frank and serious discussion of Modern Greek
Collections' needs and it placed appropriate emphasis on the cooperation among Greek
and American libraries. This will be to the benefit of all Modern Greek scholars.
I'll be able to attend the Athens meeting--fortunately, I've received Faculty
development funding for the trip.
I noticed that the journal list I distributed at the MGSA meeting came up. Since that
meeting, I've revised it a bit and also created a list of journals covering the years
from 1900-1950 in the University of Cincinnati Modern Greek Collection. I'm
attaching both lists to this email.
Cheers, Jacquie

Dear CoHSL Members:
Please note that there was an error in the minutes as posted and has been
changed to read:
Paragraph 4 has been changed to read:"...The Gennadius is one of the two
libraries of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens and
operates on American standards, but does not have the resources typical for
American libraries."
I am attaching the revised version and apologize for the error.
Kind regards,
Rhea
