Dear CoHSL members,
I have received feedback from one member who did not receive this posting
so I want to be sure that everyone has gotten the latest detailed program
that was sent on Nov. 17th, along with the list of attendees. We should
have one more final program ready to be distributed by the end of the week.
Thanks to those who have volunteered to take notes, I really appreciate
your help.
Best regards,
Rhea

Dear CoHSL-listserv members and those who have confirmed their attendance
at the Modern Greek Resources Project Meeting:
I am pleased to send the preliminary program, which is subject to a few
more confirmations, as well as the list of registered attendees as of
November 17, 2006.
I think you will pleased with the program, and we hope that we have
allowed enough time for good discussion and planning the next steps. I
would like to take this opportunity to thank Maria Georgopoulou, Harry
Leich, and Maria Smali who have all worked so hard to pull this together.
Professor S. Victor Papacosma, the Executive Director of the Modern Greek
Studies Association, has asked me to submit a report on this important
meeting for the MGSA Bulletin since members will be very interested to
learn about the Modern Greek Resources Project. I would like to ask CoHSL
members to volunteer to take notes for the following sessions:
I. Bibliographic Control
II. Indexing Contents of Periodicals
III. Reformatting/Digitization
IV. Collection Development/Resource Sharing
V. Conclusion
VI. Working meeting
I know that this is a tedious task, but we really need to be sure that we
have a solid record of the meeting. I would very much appreciate any
volunteers! Please let me know which session you would be willing to cover.
Thanks in advance,
Rhea
