Vera Pavlova is one of Russia's leading contemporary poets - her striking work and famous demeanor have established her as an iconic new voice in Russian poetry. Pavlova's poetry has enjoyed broad critical acclaim and has appeared worldwide in twenty-one languages. Her work, with the help of translator Steven Seymour, has been featured in several prominent American publications, including the New Yorker, the New York Times, and Vogue.
