Join Pedro Paranagua, advisor of the Brazilian ruling party on IP issues at the House of Representatives, for a discussion on the current political debate towards the reform of the patent system in Brazil, with a focus on pharmaceuticals.

 

The talk will be followed by discussion with a panel of experts. Panelists include:
HLS Professor Benjamin N. Roin, Co-Director of the Petrie-Flom Center;
Professor Brook K. Baker, Northeastern University, expert on health law and human rights.
