Good Afternoon,

Enclosed please find the notes from our most recent Equipment Managers' meeting on June 9th.

Please note that the programmers have fixed the rounding-off error and cleaned up the entries for assets that had multiple identical transactions assigned to them. The only problem remaining is that the transactions that refused to disappear from the home page are still there on the home page.  We're hoping that you remember which ones they were and that you can remove them by assigning them to your department's dummy asset (e.g. "dept101X").

The programmers have also released an update to include the following:

1. Physical Inventory Report - filter added to parameter screen to allow you to select from three options:
2. Asset Report - same change as above.

3. Unassigned Transaction Report  - this report is currently only available in web format


The next Equipment Manager's Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7th, from 3 to 4pm at 52 Oxford Street in Room 243.
