The Particulars
Harvard, looking to win its second conseuctive dual-meet title, hosts Ivy League rivals Yale and Princeton in the annual HYP meet. The Crimson and Tigers are both undefeated in conference action, while the Bulldogs sit in third place with a 3-1 Ivy mark. Since these schools adopted the three-way format in 1992-93, the HYP meet has usually had a direct bearing on the Ivy League dual meet title. These three schools have combined to win all but one Ivy dual meet championship since 1988-89. Harvard grabbed the crown last year, finishing with a perfect 7-0 Ivy League record.

Senior Day
The two-day HYP meet will serve as senior day for Drew Davis, Patrick Detzner, David Guernsey, Tom Hehir, Bill Jones, Dan Jones, Michael Lin, Eric Lynch and Tim Parent.

Last Time Out
The Crimson won 10 events, including the first six on the afternoon, to cruise to a 169-119 victory over Brown. Robert Newell (200 breaststroke), Bill Jones (200 freestyle), and Simone Melillo (100 breaststroke) each won an individual event and helped the Crimson to a victory in the 200 medley relay.
