* Please note the following changes to the MAC Pool schedule. On Saturday, May 28th the MAC Pool will be open from 8am-12pm and on Sunday, May 29th the MAC Pool will be open from 12pm-4:00pm.

All 2010-2011 Harvard Recreation Memberships EXPIRE on May, 31 2011. Beginning on Monday, May 23rd you can renew your membership. Memberships can be renewed in person at the Ticket Office at the Murr Center, by calling (617)495-2211 or online at http://recreation.gocrimson.com
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
The LATE SPRING REDUCED GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE will run May 16th-June 24th at both facilities.

Please note that all morning group exercise classes are held at Hemenway Gymnasium. There are no morning classes at the Malkin Athletic Center. The Summer 2011 Group Exercise Schedule will run from June 27th-August 12th. The schedule will be available by the middle of June.

6 WEEK SUMMER 2011 TRX SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
TRX Blast: Engage all of your muscles in this non-stop TRX workout. TRX Blast is a 30 minute class but don't be fooled - it will challenge the beginners and advanced alike!
TRX Circuit Training: Challenge yourself with this fast-paced workout combo of TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the TRX at your own pace. All levels welcome.
(Limit 10 participants)
Registration is available in person from Monday May 23rd through Wednesday June 8th at the front desk of Hemenway. Late registration will be accepted (after 6/8) if space is available, however there will be a $10 late registration penalty for all registration on and after 6/8. Classes begin the week of June 11th.

YOGA ON THE QUAD
Saturday, June 25th 12:00-1:25pm & Saturday, July 16th 12:00-12:55pm
Location: The MAC Quad @ at the Malkin Athletic Center 39 Holyoke Street Cambridge, MA
*In the event of rain, this event will be canceled the morning of the class online at 8:00am.
Rain Dates: June 26th & July 17th, from 12:00p.m.-12:55p.m.
Yoga mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bring a bottle of water and wear athletic clothing. Participants arriving after 12:10 p.m. will not be permitted to stay. This event is open to Harvard Community members only with a valid Harvard ID. Please present your valid HUID upon arrival.

SAVE THE DATE: PEDOMINATION
Pedomination is coming back this July! How many steps will it take for you to win?
Registration is June 13th-July 6th in person or online. The program will run from July 11th-August 6th. To participate simply form a team of 4-6 participants, put on your pedometer and starting moving! Details will be available online soon. FRESH POND GOLF PROGRAM 2011
Eligibility and Distribution
*You must be a currently enrolled student (undergraduate or graduate student) with a valid ID to participate in this program. Non-students and summer school students are NOT eligible.
*One free round of golf and one free rental of clubs per student per month.
*Passes are distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
*Club rental vouchers and vouchers for rounds of play will be distributed until that month's allocation is gone.
*Vouchers will be distributed out of the Murr Center Conditioning Room on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-1pm.
*Passes can be picked up beginning the first Wednesday of every month until they are all gone for that month. You must come in person with your Harvard ID in order to obtain vouchers.
*Vouchers distributed in the months of May and June will expire on June 30th. Vouchers distributed in the months of July and August will expire on September 30th.

Since January, hundreds of you have participated in Harvard On The Move,
a University-wide initiative that promotes physical and psychological wellness
for students, faculty, staff and alumni, as well as our neighbors in Cambridge
The program sponsors weekly walks and runs, in addition to workshops and
lectures highlighting cutting-edge research and practical information.
Thanks to our amazing faculty and distinguished visitors, we have already
hosted several interactive events focused on running form, injury prevention,
sport psychology, the cognitive and emotional benefits of exercise, and barefoot
