Dr. Linda Heywood, 2009-2010 Fellow at the Du Bois Institute, is
currently looking to hire a Research Assistant to help on her project
titled /Queen Njinga a Mbandi: History, Gender, Memory and Nation in
Angola and Brazil./
The candidate should be proficient in:
-Web searches
-Data entry
-Library research
-Organization of research materials
-Strong knowledge of European languages
Prefer students with knowledge of Portuguese as well as Latin American,
African or European history and culture. Familiarity with Microsoft
Office is a plus.
