[FAS_equipment_management] Do not assign transactions in Equipster

Please do not assign any transactions on the homepage that have the source JE until you receive further notice.  The programmers are working to fix the missing transactions issue and during this fix these appeared and may be duplicates of what you already have assigned.

I will email you once they are able to fix this.
