Research Workshop in Applied Statistics

This Wednesday, February 22, please join the Applied Statistics Workshop
at 12 noon for a presentation by Rustam Ibragimov.   Professor Ibragimov
is an assistant professor in the Harvard Economics Department.  The talk is
entitled "A Tale of Two Tails: Peakedness Properties In Inheritance Models
of Evolutionary Theory"; the corresponding paper is posted at the course
website, http://www.courses.fas.harvard.edu/~gov3009

Lunch will be served at noon, and the presentation will begin at 12:15 PM
in Room N354 of the Institute for Quantitative Social Science, located in
the CGIS Knafel Building at 1737 Cambridge St. (next to the Design
