Father Daniel G. Groody, executive director of "Dying to Live," is
Assistant Professor of Theology and the director of the Center for
Latino Spirituality and Culture at the Institute for Latino Studies at
the University of Notre Dame. "Dying to Live" is a documentary film that
looks at the human face of US/Mexico immigration and the face of Christ
in the migrant. Its unique approach is that it looks at the complex
issue of migration from a theological perspective. Presented by
Professor Davíd Carrasco <../faculty/carrasco.html>, “Nuestra Voz,” and
the Office of Information Technology and Media Services. The
"Alambrista" pachanga will follow this event in the Braun room, and will
feature music and refreshments. For more information, contact Anne
Matthew <mailto:anne_mathew at harvard.edu> at 617.495.7553.
