Not really, but you do need to be careful when creating graphics that have lots
of data points in them. That is, creating a scatter plot with a million points
could lead to out of memory messages. Do you get the same error when you try
the code on a subset of your data?
If you can reproduce this error using generated data, then this would be a good
question for R-help.
