Because of the problems that have been found using version R 1.7.1, we
are going to extend the deadline for the exam until Monday midnight. If
you have already submitted a final exam and you want to take more time,
please let me know immediately, before I grade what you have already
submitted. If you had no problems with your code; if your final code
produced no errors, then please be assured that there is nothing wrong
with your work.
If on the other hand, you have been working off of my homework keys and
continue getting strange errors, these may be resulting from the version
of R you are using. To update your version, go back to the folder on
the course website "Put R on your computer" and following the
instructions there, install version 1.8.1, which I have put on the
website.
Let me know if you have any problems or concerns,
Jacob

The data center ("home" to me, really) is loaded with R 1.7.1.
