I hope this note finds you well. First, I'd like to say that if you
recently received a strange spam-type email that listed the "Friends of
Harvard Football" in the subject line, please disregard it and know that we
are working with the Harvard IT department to figure out how the Friends of
Football email list was "hijacked" and misrepresented in this way.
Secondly, the weather may be freezing here in Boston but we're daydreaming
of warm sunshine and a day of golf amidst rolling green hills ...

Charter Oaks offers a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed 18-hole Championship
Golf Course that is 6,950 yards long. This world-renowned architect has
designed over 175 golf courses on five different continents and 33
countries. He has been the winner of numerous "Best Course" and "Best New
Design" Awards by raters and golf journalists in Australia, Europe, Japan
and the United States. Charter Oak is his first project completed in the
metro Boston area.
The Club is located 20 miles west of downtown Boston (less than a mile from
Sudbury and 7 mi. from Concord/Wayland), just inside of Rte 495 on the
Hudson-Sudbury line.
This new course is sure to put an exciting spin on the Friends of
Football's annual golf tradition.
