I hope that today's meeting provided you all with clarification surrounding the
University Equipment Policy. The handouts are attached.
As I mentioned towards the end of the meeting, please copy me on all communication that
you have with the help desk regarding your Equipster problems. So that I too can
follow-up on these issues. We strongly feel that we are getting closer to having the
information appear correctly in Equipster. Thank you for your cooperation with
Equipster's up's and down's. Your input is greatly appreciated.
A133 and FY 14 Inventory dates have not yet been set. As soon as I have more information
I will send an update.
The next Equipment Coordinators group meeting is currently scheduled for Tuesday, April
23rd at 1pm. Location is to be determined and an outlook invite will be sent once room
confirmation is received.
