The next Equipment Coordinators meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 16th, from 10
a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Agassiz Meeting Room at OEB, 26 Oxford Street.
The current agenda is as follows:
1) Equipster Changes and Updates - A walk through of all the latest changes in
Equipster
2) Departmental Practices - Informal discussion on what does and does not work well
for them in their department regarding equipment management.
3) Any other Equipment related topics - please send to me by Friday, June 8th.
Attached please find the notes from the May 16th, meeting. The Federal Equipment listing
has been submitted to the OSP and PWC for their review and selection process.
Look forward to seeing you all on June 13th. I will be bringing some refreshments to
enjoy.
