*************************************** Research Workshop in Applied Statistics *************************************** This Wednesday, February 14, please join the Applied Statistics Workshop at 12 noon for a presentation by Jens Hainmueller entitled "Synthetic Control Methods for Comparative Case Studies: Estimating the Effect of California's Tobacco Control Program." The talk is based on joint work with Alberto Abadie and Alexis Diamond.
