Personal Training Promotions: 3 Steps to a Fitter YOU this summer!
1. LEARN YOUR WAY AROUND THE GYM. How? Sign up for a FREE orientation to the MAC and/or Hemenway. In 45 minutes with a certified personal trainer, you'll learn your way around the gym and how to use the basic machines safely and properly (read: you'll look like you totally belong here).
2. LET A PRO TELL YOU HOW FIT YOU REALLY ARE. In a small group setting, we'll assess your weight, body composition, strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance. We'll make some recommendations on how to maintain what's good and how to make the "less-than-good" better. This one is on us - no charge.
3. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SPECIAL PRICED PERSONAL TRAINING. It's not just for the rich and famous, you know. It's a totally customized fitness program crafted just for YOU - your goals, your schedule, and your needs. * It takes 17 miles to complete a lap around the Charles River Esplanade. Participate in 17 supervised workouts between July 1st- August 4th at Hemenway Gymnasium & the Malkin Athletic Center to complete 1 lap around the Charles River. Earn a prize for every training log that you complete.
