Hello Everyone! The fall semester is upon us so please read all the way through as we are
offering several old and new programs with the start of the new year.
MEMBERSHIP
* The fall semester & academic year is now on sale & can be purchased
online or at the membership office in the MAC.

* NEW GUEST POLICY
o The guest policy will now be $15 per guest effective August 23rd when the academic
hours begin.
o All guests (with the exception of alumni) MUST be accompanied by a Harvard Affiliate
with current membership, and must remain with that member throughout the visit. Alumni
will be allowed to use the facility without a member, as long as proof of alumnus status
can be shown with a photo ID upon entry.
o Guests should be able to provide a photo ID to verify the information written on the
form - the staff should not copy or hold the ID for any reason (the form should have a
spot that can be initialed by the staff when an ID is verified).
