* Harvard on the Move Workshop - Injury Prevention with Core Stabilization, Irene
Davis,PhD.
* Did you know that having weak core muscles can lead to injury? Come hear the
latest research and learn core stabilization exercises to strengthen your core and reduce
your risk of injury!
