DANCE WORKSHOPS
* ZUMBA DANCE PARTY: UNITED WE DANCE TO CURE ALS ***NEW DATE AND TIME!*** Ditch
the workout and join the party! The proceeds from this Zumbathon(r) charity event will
benefit MDA's Augie's Quest, a nonprofit research initiative dedicated to
finding treatments and cures for ALS. ! Tickets are $10.00/pp and can be purchased before

STRENGTH TRAINING ORIENTATIONS
* Want to learn how to use the machines safely and properly? Register for a Strength
Training Orientation at the MAC or Hemenway. Strength Training orientations are 45-minute
sessions, during which members are led through a row of circuit machines by a certified
personal trainer.
