PERSONAL TRAINING PROMOTION AT THE MAC

* MURR CENTER CLASS UPDATE!!!!
o The Thursday 7:30am Total Body Conditioning Class at the Murr Center is canceled for
the remainder of the semester due to low attendance.
o The Monday 7:30am Mat Pilates class at the Murr Center is still running for 2 more
Mondays.
HARVARD ON THE MOVE
* Harvard On The Move sponsors weekly walks and runs for both beginners and experienced
runners and walkers.
* The program also offers workshops and lectures highlighting relevant research and
practical information.
