SAVE THE DATE: A ZUMBA RED PARTY IS COMING TO THE MAC ON FRIDAY, APRIL 8TH!
Ditch the workout and join the party on Friday, April 8th at ZUMBA Red Party! Help support
the American Heart Association and their fight against heart disease in women. The
proceeds raised in ticket sales will go to the American Heart Association.

Join in the fun and learn dance moves set to a Latin rhythm and a few of our favorite
artists including Michael Jackson, Shakira & MORE! As a special bonus 5 instructors
will teach this class and showcase new material! This party that is suitable for all

Yoga for Runners
Come stretch, strengthen and maximize your breathing in this fun 75-minute yoga workshop.
With equal parts exercise, rest and breathing, runners and yoga practitioners of all
levels will learn how to stretch their quads, hamstrings, calves, hips-all while
strengthen the core and low back. Modifications to maintain healthy ankle and knee joints
are offered. You will leave this workshop with some useful pre- and post- run stretches
and a better understanding of your body and breath to support a lifetime of healthy
running. Yoga for Runners is perfect for everyone, from avid joggers to novice runners and
Boston marathon competitors.

Workshops are complimentary for facility members who have group exercise class access.
Facility members who have not purchased group exercise class access may attend by paying
the $10.00 drop-in fee at the front desk of Hemenway Gymnasium. Twenty-five class passes
will be available 30 minutes prior to the start time of class on a first-come, first-serve
basis. Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Props will be supplied unless otherwise noted.

STRENGTH TUTORIALS:
Take your skills to the next level with 3 new clinics coming to Hemenway Gymnasium!
All tutorials will be in the weight room at the MAC or Hemenway. Personal Trainer Mike
Doyle will lead each clinic. Fee: $8.00 per clinic for facility members.
Register at the front desk of Hemenway or MAC. Payment is required upon registering.
