Dear art lovers,
The Museum of Fine Arts Boston hosts a night of music, cocktail schmoozing,
and art enjoyment on the first Friday of every month. This week there'll be
many folks from Harvard because we get in free (other guests $25) and
Dudley house is having an official outing. You can meet us at 5:30pm in
front of Dudley House to head over together, or join us directly at the
museum.
Cheers,
Genya
Dear Dudley arts enthusiasts,
There's a special event next Sunday 1-3pm in the Dudley house common room,
a performance by one of Boston's coolest musical groups, the Hurdy Gurdy
Band. Ther speciality is popular music of 18th century England, France and
Italy performed on period instruments. This includes songs and story
telling. Please especially tell your fellow grad students that have kids,
as this event is part of a push by Dudley house to offer more events that
are family-friendly. Attendance is free and open to all, but to ensure
seats please get tickets from Jeff in the Dudley house office. Snacks an
refreshments will be provided.
