*1. Salsa classes - REGISTRATION OPEN NOW - Tuesdays, Oct 4-Nov. 22; $60
for 8 weeks of class (open to all)*
Enjoy some latin flavor after a hard day's work! Registration is now open
for Salsa classes. Beginners meet from 7-8 pm, and Advanced students meet

Beckett's prose is presented in a theatrical work for soprano, actor, and
chamber orchestra. Presented by Gare St. Lazare Ireland, who are among the
world's foremost interpreters of Beckett's work. More here

*4. Yiddish Book Center day trip - Sunday, November 6; $5 (open to all)*
Join in on a magical ride to a faraway land... Amherst, MA! Enjoy a private
tour, lecture on Art and Eastern European Jews, and a bus ride to and from

Hi Arts folks,
A few upcoming events you might like to hear about:
*1. Guided Freedom Trail Tour - Sunday, September 18; tickets $5 for Dudley
members ($10 for one non-Dudley guest)*
Jump into history with a costumed guide who will dramatically tell stories
from American history for 90 minutes. A group will leave from the Dudley
house steps promptly at 3:45 pm to go into Boston.
*2. Hip-hop at the ICA: Raphael Xavier on tour - Friday, September 30;
tickets $20 (Harvard and non-Harvard guests)*
Raphael Xavier is a hip-hop artist with 32 years of hip hop experience, and
is known for reinvigorating the street-dance community in Philly. Point of
Interest, a show that challenges the highly physical art form and the
viewer's perception of hip-hop as being solely associated with youth. Free
post-performance Q&A with the company. $20 deeply discounted ticket
(regular price $40).
3. A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE & MURDER - Sunday, October 23; tickets $35
(Dudley members +1 non-Harvard guest)
Tony Award Winner for BEST MUSICAL in 2014! The performance is Sunday
October 23, 6:30 PM, at the Citi Performing Arts Center Shubert Theatre,

*1. MFA First Friday Outing- September 2; free with Harvard ID*
The MFA first Friday party is a chance to enjoy late night art with drinks
and food. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. Gather in front
of Dudley House at 5 pm for a prompt 5:15 departure.

Enjoy good wine and cheese in the company of fellow grad students while you
hear about all that the Arts and Literary teams have to offer in terms of
