Bring your acting skills to the stage or your production skills to the

America to fight the case, the trial became a captivating exploration into
the meaning of intellectual freedom -- a question no less relevant nearly
100 years later. BE A PART OF THAT STORY!

Wednesday, Sept 25, 8-10 pm.
Meet at 7:10 at Dudley House front steps.*
Join us for the kick-off concert of the New England Conservatory’s (NEC)
“Music: Truth to Power” festival, exploring revolution in artistic
expression and the vital role of music in human struggle.
The NEC Philharmonia will perform Tan Dun's Concerto for Orchestra ("Marco
Polo") and Brahms' symphony No. 1. The music of Tan Dun, a celebrated
Chinese composer who composed the Oscar-winning score for "Crouching Tiger,
Hidden Dragon," fuses together Eastern and Western traditions and pushes
the boundaries of classical music. This will be the North American premiere
performance of his piece, Concerto for Orchestra.
