*Music for Food Concert*
Mon. April 15, 8 pm Brown Hall, New England Conservatory
In Massachusetts, 11% of people (and 23% of children) live with daily food
insecurity. The Music for Food concert series is a Boston-based
hunger-relief initiative where listeners are asked at the door to donate
money or non-perishable food. Donations of any size are accepted, and all
contributions go to the Greater Boston Food Bank. We're planning to attend
the next concert on Monday, April 15 at 8 pm in Brown Hall at the New
England Conservatory. The program will feature Dvorak’s String Quintet No.
3 in Eb Major and Strauss’s Mädchenblumen, Op. 22. Please join us for this
special concert -- RSVP to dudleypublicservice(a)gmail.com by 4 pm on April
15. *

*Walk for Hunger – Please donate now!*
Sun. May 5 Meet at 8 am on Dudley House front steps
Dudley House Public Service is participating again this year in the Walk
for Hunger, one of Boston's largest fundraisers, on Sunday, May 5th. Please
join our team! About the walk:
Massachusetts has one of the widest income gaps of any state in the nation.
Those on the wrong side of this gap tend to be isolated in communities that
lack the capacity, resources, and hope to put enough nutritious food on
their tables to build better futures for their children. Last year alone,
Project Bread-funded agencies provided 61 million meals to hungry people.
And if we volunteer together and raise money, we will help Project Bread
support more than 430 hunger relief organizations in 125 communities
throughout Massachusetts. And, it will be fun! There is food, water, and
entertainment along the route for us. Last year, 43,000 Walkers took to the
streets to help end hunger in Massachusetts! You can both join our team and
make donations on our team website:

Please RSVP to dudleypublicservice(a)gmail.com if you'd like to join. Hope
you can make it!
