LAUGHTER YOGA
Graduate Student Lounge
Laughter Yoga leads us through simple movements that are yoga inspired and
are about unlocking our breath and our laughter. We fake the laughter until
real laughter just arises. Yes, this class is silly and fun! Whether fake
or real, laughter boosts the immune system and lowers the amount of stress
inducing hormones throughout the body.

OPEN LETTER FROM THE HARVARD IMMIGRATION PROJECT (HIP)
HIP is a student practice organization at Harvard Law School that is
dedicated to immigration and refugee issues and serves immigrant
communities through direct client services and policy advocacy.
On November 19, the US House of Representatives passed with a veto-proof
majority a bill entitled the "American Security Against Foreign Enemies
(SAFE) Act of 2015”, which attempts to prevent the resettlement of Syrian
refugees to the United States by creating additional hurdles in the
application screening process.
HIP invites individuals and organization to join in signing an open letter

that will be sent to the Senate ahead of its vote on the bill.
